EQUINE ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY (EAP):

Sister Sense – A six week Journey of Transformation for Women using Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.
Wednesdays, 5:30-6:45 pm, New Dates Coming Soon!
Make empowered decisions for yourself and find your strengths using the wisdom of horses. Each week we will cover topics such as communication, trust, self-esteem, boundaries, and respect along with issues related to anxiety and depression. Program Leaders: Joanne Huff, ASN and lifelong horsewoman, and Leslie Bennett, MS, LMFT
Cost: $300.00 for 6 weeks.

Individual, Couple, or Family Therapy: These EAP sessions are for anyone looking to improve relationships, develop communication  skills, address isues such as co-dependency, anxiety, trauma and or grief. See how our horse herd mimics family relationships and relates to you and your family!

EQUINE ASSISTED LEARNING (EAL):

Our EAL sessions incorporate riding and non- riding activities and are available to individuals, families and groups. Don’t need therapy but yet want to work on yourself? Have a child that could benefit from what EAL has to offer? These sessions and groups can help you tackle a wide range of goals such as self esteem, confidence, respect, teamwork, communication, and more.
Similar to EAP but without a therapist, we use and incorporate the learning situations that come up while working with the horse or horses to facilitate change and growth.

EAL Programs now available:

Filly Time! – Weekly EAL group for girls age 7-17 years offering riding and non-riding activities geared towards building self-esteem, confidence and leadership skills in a safe and nurturing environment. Participants must be independent beginners both on the ground and in the saddle.
$35.00 per week. *(Must commit to 4 weeks)
Saturdays, 9:00 am-12:00 pm

Stop Horsin Around” –  A program designed to recognize bullying and develop skills to resist peer pressure, enhance empathy and respect for others, build confidence, self-esteem and leadership in a safe and supportive environment. For pre-teens and teens.Reconnect with your child and learn more about each other in this powerful 3-hour session playing with horses. This class will help to enhance communication, promote bonding and find your own personal strengths, all while making lifetime memories. No riding or experience with horses required. Please dress accordingly for outdoor activities. Course meets at Full of Grace Farm, 105 Stockbridge Rd. in Hadley. Taught by Joanne Huff, ASN, ES, MA Licensed Riding Instructor and Laura Litterer BS,ES and lifelong horsewoman. Tuition of $60 includes both parent and child.

Session length: 4 hours
Program cost: $150.00 per person (4-12 participants)
This is a specialty program, by appointment only.
